About the event
The City of Bolivar is sponsoring a carnival as part of its bicentennial celebration! Join us nightly for all the fun!!! Carnival hours will be as follows:
Thursday evening: 5 PM - 9 PM
Friday evening: 5 PM - 9 PM
Saturday: 11 AM - 9 PM
